On the last step where it says - Merge
I didn't do it that way. I went back to the the
rectangle that was colored and duplicated it twice to
make a total of three layers.
Then apply the effect to each layer.

I just thought this way was easier, but you can do as the tutorial is written if you want.

I would also move the border layer up as she did it first and if you don't, it won't show up.

This week we are going to have a Boat Challenge.

Do a tag with a boat in it..Can be any kind of boat - sailboat, rowboat, Yacht..
