Blended to Perfection Tutorial HERE

This is a very nice tutorial using a texture for the
background. No plug-ins used in this one!

Remember to place the texture you downloaded from her supplies
into your texture folder in PSP.

You do not have to make the avatar if you don't want to

I did this tutorial twice using different tubes, backgrounds
but never got the border that is shown in the tutorial preview
But, I do love the the way the background effects make it

If your tube doesn't come with a background, you can use something else. You could also use elements from a scrapkit to finish off your tag

So, for the challenge this week - make a tag with a hat in it.

It can be a cowboy hat, ladies hat, witches hat, santa hat, etc.
