So in honor the the TV show Candid Camera (Do you all remember it)

Let's make a tag with a CAMERA in it~

On August 10, 1948
"Smile, You're on Candid Camera"
Allen Funt's wildly popular show debuts.

I had to check on the that year as I was wondering, was TV around then-

Television was still in its experimental stage in 1948
The 1948–49 United States network television schedule began in September of 1948 and ended in the spring of 1949.
This was the first season in which all four networks then in operation in the United States offered nightly prime time schedules Monday through Friday.

This uses two plug-ins
MuRa's Mesiter - Copies
DSB Flux
It also lists Graphics Plus, but in the tutorial I never found where she used it


You will use an effect withing PSP -

You can use the distortion effect within PSP, which is
what I did. I didn't use the Two Moons
