I did not have this particular plug-in, so I used
Eye Candy 5 Texture - Texture Noise and I really liked it better


You could also use within PSP the add Noise

 The artist, Van Gogh, was known as the painter of Sunflowers.

In the last two months, the Russian invasion of Ukraine displaying sunflowers
has become of of the many ways the world is showing solidarity for the
Ukrainian people.

Make a tag with a sunflower in it Use other elements as you wish
