Only uses effects within PSP because I did not use the
the Xenofex filter!!

Please read my tips:
On this one, it states to use Xenofex - Shower Door
I could not find this filter, so I just eliminated.
After applying the twirl and mosaic, I got
a tag very similar to hers

Other then that, it was a very nice, easy tutorial
That you can give your own creativity to
I think it turned out nice

I  did use a blend mode on the tube that is on the twirl layer

In honor of Arbor Day, let's make a tag with trees in it!!

History of National Arbor Day

Typically celebrated on the last Friday in April in the United States, National Arbor Day has origins that date back to the late 19th century.
The day got its start in the American state of Nebraska when a journalist named Julius Sterling Morton proposed that his fellow Nebraskans
would plant trees to show appreciation for nature and the environment.
The first Arbor Day was celebrated in 1872 and the idea grew from there.
