This does use plug-ins to make the background
but a lot of the effects can be used with PSP Effects
I made my own border
Did not use Xero Porcelain

Tip- When it tells you to merge visible to apply the foto frame,
you will love the 1st layer which is your tube. Made my own border

Since it is Hug a Bear day, let's make a tag with
a teddy bear in it.

Hug A Bear!

Those who have a bear certainly know what to do. And those who don’t have a bear should probably run out
right away and get a bear to hug!
If absolutely necessary, borrow or bear nap a snuggly bear belonging to a friend children are often a good source!) and give it a little cuddle.
