Hat Challenge - Week of 01/15/24

In honor of Hat Day, let's make a tag featuring some type of hat, any type.

From protecting the head from the cold or heat of the day, to just expressing who a person
is to the world, National Hat Day is a great day to sport the very best in headgear.

Hats have been in the world since at least 3000 BC.

Pinwheel Tutorial HERE

This uses a couple of plug-ins
Xero Porcelain and Grayscaler (OPTIONAL)
DSB Flux - Bright Noise  (Can use PSP effects Noise)
Filter Factory L - Pinwheel A  (Makes the pinwheel)

You only have to use the Xero to make a grayscale of your image.
I also did one in color and it came out great

This is a quick and easy one.
