Well it is Summer and we all will be pulling out our sunglasses.
So in honor of this day, let's make a tag with Sunglasses in it.
It could be someone wearing them, or just on the beach with sunglasses in it.

Obviously, the first business on the table for National Sunglasses Day
is to get out a pair of sunglasses and put them on!
And while just any old pair of sunglasses can help with squinting, certain versions are better for protecting the eyes from harm,
including UVA/UVB rays. Sunglasses can also reduce reflection that could impede vision and certain lenses can also scatter light to keep the eyes
in tip-top shape.

I did add some elements to this one, as the main tag is a little plain (I think)

Zero/Porcelain*
Mura Meister - Copies
AAA Frames*
Eye Candy - Textures Swirls
The ones that I have * with, you can actually do very easy in PSP
On the Porcelain (I don't like the effect that this makes, so you don't have to do that step)
On the AAA Frames, Just add a new layer, and make your own frame
