Mura Meister - Copies

I tried the Xero Procelain and Fuzzifier and when I applied this
plugin (Fuzzifier) I didn't like the result at all.
I tried on two different images.

This uses lots of effects withiin PSP

Blend Mode

In honor of this day, let's make a tag with a wolf in it.
Even better if you have one that has a moon!!

 Wolves are wonderful and majestic animals, and are a vital part of the world’s ecology.

Howl at the Moon Day was organized to help educate people on them, and to help organizations like Wolf Haven
generate funds and get the word out on Wolf Conservation.
