Xenofex 2- Consetellation
DSB Flux - Bright NoiseYou can replace both of these with the noise effect within PSP.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO MAKE THE AVATAR UNLESS YOU WANT TO.
This has blend settings
You draw the rectangle I did find that when you are setting the gradient (Sunburst)
the writer indicates an angle of 45, but this is greyed out and you cannot set the angle
You can set the repeats

have to use to - Gradient Glow
You make the shapes yourself
You can use any shapes you like, I chose a "heart" theme
I also added a mask to mine
Uses Inner Bevel within the PSP program
